Originally ended up passing out I had low blood sugar stage1 kidney injury

My lymph nodes have swelled back up I'm having a colonoscopy soon ,extreme tiredness I'm concerned have my meds got blaimed for something else I have extreme long term back injury extreme depression anxiety I also process a lot of stomach acid they had me in for a week I had so many scans no result other than kidney injury I'm worried have my tablets been blaimed I can't walk very far on my sticks I can do 5 min before my mind an body are exusted I'm scared cause it's not any better my lymph nodes are bigger than ever I'm concerned an confussed

Wanted to reach out.  Sounds like you have been through the ringer.  If you have extreme anxiety and depression, do you treat this medically and also through therapy? Important to do that as it then can make coping with other things better.  Also, need to know what is possibly psychosomatic and what is true symptoms if you are battling mental health issues.  

What is your next step?  Colonoscopies are pretty routine these days.  Try not to worry.  The vast majority of the time they turn up nothing or nothing that isn't easy to solve like a polyp.  

You know you have low blood sugar?  Do you try to manage this as well?  I'd make sure you eat on a schedule.  It's important to stay hydrated as well if you battle this. The fall is the scariest and most dangerous part.  Hitting heads is not a good thing.
