Worried about a clot.

In the past week I've developed a pain mostly in my left calf/behind my knee, my knee itself and my shin. Mostly concentrated on the calf but a little pain on the other leg too, also in other muscles in my arms too. I'd describe it as an aching/throbbing sort of pain. I saw a doctor who examined the leg, no swelling, no redness. I have asthma and have been dealing with chest tightness/coughing for months but felt as if it was worse with the calf pain. Genuinely thought I had a blood clot in my leg and lungs. No risk factors but my anxiety has convinced me I have it. I went to a&e and they examined both legs, measuring size difference. Nothing abnormal, they also did an EKG which was also fine, along with 3 blood tests. A full blood count, a clotting test, and an eeg test I think it's called. All normal, also a chest Xray which looked clear. They don't think I have a blood clot as I'm at low risk and they've written a letter to my GP about it. They wanted to do the cannula but I was afraid of the big needle and they were fine with that and did the test with a normal needle. I'm still worried they've missed something, they didn't scan my chest as they didn't think it would be necessary as the radiation would do more harm than good. I'm scared I'll die of a pulmonary embolism gone undiagnosed. Do I go back to a&e or take their word for it.
