If it's bad enough to keep you out of school you need to see a doctor. If your parents won't take you (or you don't have insurance) then look through a phone book (or google) and try and find a free clinic. It could be something as simple as just having eaten some thing that was bad or under cooked, or some thing that your body doesn't like. What it comes down to though is that if you are worried about it try and get that through to you parents, it's their job to take care of you.
Good luck sweety

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

I cannot confirm without examination, but it sounds like gastroenteritis. It can often cause sudden and sometimes violent upsets and may be confused with spastic colitis.Dizziness is caused by loss of water and electrolyte imbalance because of vomitings.

Take adequate fluids throughout the day. The BRAT diet (ie, bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) or soft easily digestible semisolid diet can also be taken. Antimicrobial therapy is indicated for some bacterial gastroenteritis infections. However, many are self-limited and do not require therapy. The specific antibiotics are taken for specific bacteria after stool culture.

If you run any fever or the symptoms don’t improve after 24 hrs, then pls consult a physician. It can be due to bacterial gastroenteritis and antibiotics may be needed. Also due to your age, ectopic pregnancy has to be ruled out.

I hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted.
