Temple Spasms

Since last night I have had a strange twitching feeling on my left temple. I can't feel it if I touch the area. It doesn't hurt, no headaches, but it is irritating. Is this anything to worry about?

Hi there. I have that all the time. Also in my fingers, eye ball and toes. Its just a nerve being irritated thats causing it to jump like that. I find with the ones on or around your eyes, that the second you touch it, it stops (maybe the pressure of touching it relieves the nerve, or because the skin is thinner) but the ones on my hands and feet I can actually touch it and it stays there. I've had them from a few hours to a few days, but its nothing serious. It happens almost everyone. Try rubbing it or putting a warm cloth on it, it might calm the nerves. Dont worry too much about it. :o)
