Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
What you have is probably a Bartholin cyst. On each side of the vaginal opening there are Bartholin's glands which secrete fluid to lubricate the vagina. At times their openings become obstructed causing fluid to accumulate in the gland, resulting in relatively painless swelling called a Bartholin cyst.
You can soak in a tub filled with a few inches of warm water (sitz bath) several times a day for three or four days. This may rupture cyst and which will then drain on its own. If this does not help, then please consult your gynecologist for incision and drainage. Take care!

I had one of them too.. It went away I just put a hot compress on it twice a day and finally it went away. But don't worry its not cancer. Hope this helps you.

Sounds like a boil or a deep abcess.  You should have a physician assess it.  You probably need it drained and an antibiotic.  I doubt this is any cancer, but you definitely need to have it checked.

I know of someone who had the same issue.  It ended up being cancer.  You may want to check with your doctor for that. wish you the best
