armpit discomfort and offensive odor

In May of 2009 I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer which had spread to my lymph nodes. I went through chemo, radiation, a double mastectomy as well as the removal of 5 lymph nodes where they found cancer in 3 out of the 5 nodes. I went through reconstruction and a complete hysterectomy. Over the past couple of weeks I have been feeling some discomfort in my right armpit area which is the side of my cancer and a nasty foul, offensive odor. I decided to feel up in my armpit to see if I could feel anything and I did feel a small lump, which is hard for me to worry over because I have a lot of scar tissue in all of my surgery areas. The discomfort and odor though is getting worse. Now I found out in Dec of 2011 that I have 7 nodules in both of my lungs that at that time ranged from 2 to 5 cm since that time 3 of them have shrunk in size. The CT results came back suspicious metastasis cancer. I have also been having sever pain in my lower back to the point that if I stand for longer then 10 or 15 minutes I have to sit down because the pain is so severe I begin to feel faint. The other day I was feeling around on the left side of my lower back and found a small lump. please tell wall of these things have no relevance and are nothing to worry about and its all in my head.

we wish you good health but I think after you have passed all the way though several sugical interferences do not mask the realistic finding by words, seek surgical advice soon to evaluate the condition and get the good treatment soon this may metastasis to the bone  ,vertbral column from the primary lesion or the secondries in the lungs so donot hesitat ,go to surgeon as soon as posible

It sounds like you might have an infection going on.  You should have your surgeon take a look.
