bad breathing

My age is 23. I've a bad breath from 10 years. I consulted Dentists and ENT surgeons also. They were not helpful for me. I don't have any dental problems and sinus problems but I'm getting very bad breath and bad smell from my mouth.so please suggest me what should I do.

Did you ever try using hydrogen peroxide? Gargle with it, brush your teeth and tongue with it. Use it full strength. I may hurt at first but that is a good thing. After about after a week, it will stop burning. Use it morning and evening. It doesn't taste good either, but you get use to it. Also start flossing if you don't already. That too hurts, but you get use to that too. It works for me and I never have bad breath. I don't even use mouthwash anymore. Don't need to. And the beauty is, that it's so cheap! Good luck. This could be a result of yeast overgrowth in the gut. Check your tongue and see if it is a healthy bright oink or red or does it have a white coating. If it has a white coating, whether it is lightly coated to thick, this is a sign of yeast overgrowth. If it is severe in the gut it can cause a foul smelling odor in a persons breath.

To test if you have a yeast overgrowth-
*eliminate sugar and wheat/gluten from your diet for at least one week.
If you notice improvement, yeast could be the culprit.

You can restore balance by taking a probiotic supplement. I recommend that you take a product with 10 – 50 billion colony forming units of probiotics per serving TWICE DAILY.

Some of the products I use are-
Good Belly: you can find this at some health food stores or google Good Belly and you can get information on where to buy it. If your local Heath food store does not carry it, you can ask them if the can order it.

VSL Probiotics- you can order this online directly (google VSL) but if you can get your doctor to prescribe it, your prescription drug plan would cover some of the cost.

Ask your general practitioner (your regular doctor) if they would prescribe liquid Nyastantin, a two week treatment, for a possible yeast infection of the gut and mouth. If yeast is causing the problem, Nyastatin is the antibiotic that is prescribed to treat a yeast infection.

If your doctors do not want to try treating for yeast at the very least, start taking probiotics! This will help if it is yeast. I have had this problem before including the foul smell and this brought balance back to my gut and I know longer have issues with my breath.

ALSO, and overgrowth of yeast can also cause you to feel run down, pain and effects your immune system. If this is what is causing your problem, you will be amazed at how good you feel once it is under control! :)
