Have your ears examined.  Your inner-ear is where your sense of balance is located.  Also have your eyes examined, as they are responsible for depth perception.  Blessings - Blu

My Mom had a huge problem with the things you stated and we found out she had had a stroke.  Don't mess around with this.

You need to see your doctor to check your ears to make sure that you do not have an inner ear infection.  The balance mechanism is in the inner ear.

There are other reasons for having lack of balance.  From neck problems, high blood pressure and others.  But it is best to get your ears checked out first and your blood pressure.

For your depth perception I would suggest you see the ophthalmologist to get your eyes and vision tested as you may now need prescription glasses.

Best wishes.
