i have a bad headache my stomach hurts my body feels numb and i feel like fainting..whats wrong with me?

It is very difficult to diagnose from these symptoms alone. It can be very high BP or even a transient ischemic attack. On the lighter side, it could just be starting of viral flu. It could be food poisoning and stomach infection.
