body numbness and tingling accoisitated with the flu

i woke up at about 5AM and my stomach didnt feel to go so i got some water and crackers thinkn that maybe i was just hungry. i ate about 2 1/2 crackers and was instantly in the restroom voming so all i  could think is yay the flu. so around 10AM afte 7 or 8 times of vomitting and about 8 to 10 bowel movements. my stomach pian went aqay and was slowly replaced by numb tingling feeling like when u sit on ur foot wrong or something. the pain was then in my hands, slowly worked its way up my legs and arms. by the time it was all said and done my whole body was numb, my hands wouldnt resoond, my legs would start to give out on me.

I suspect you are severely dehydrated.  Nerves and muscles can't function properly without sufficient water, and that much vomiting and diarrhea will easily dehydrate you.  Go see your doctor, but drink A LOT of water as soon as possible.
