Take things easy and rest.  You will know over the next few days if the sac is the embryo coming out.  I know it is very hard to accept, but this is nature's way if something is not quite right.

The lower pains may be from the "light contractions", these may worsen.
The problem is with your bleeding it would be difficult to get your urine testes just in case the heavy feeling in the lower belly is from Cystitis.

Unfortunately, there is nothing much you can do, but rest, drink plenty of water 2-3 litres per day, and take pain relief as directed if you feel you need this.

If you have a bucket that you can catch the bleeding into you would be able to see if the embryo is rejected.  I do not know if your doctor would want to see your embryo, but mine did and I had to keep it for him in a glass container until he came to my house to visit me.  I was then prescribed with medications to clear any clots from the uterus.

I know what you are going through so take care.

Best wishes.

hi thanks for your reply,i have been to the hospital they gave me a scan.they could tell I am bleeding heavly, also they noticed down below it is either a clot or a sac.until I go back which is going to be 23rd august that's when I will find out more.if my pains get worse I got to go straight to the hospital.it feels really heavy down below, like a light contraction constantly dull aching.the only thing that's bothers me if it is a clot, would I make it to the hospital in time.if it turns out I have had another miscarriage they will start doing blood tests and scans on me and my husband to see where the problem is.so thanks for your help.is there anything else you can advice me on.thankyou

morning! thankyou very much for your response,it has really helped.i went to see my doctor and he got me an appointment at the hospital the next day which was Tuesday 13th august.had a scan and they said they can see either a clot or it could be a sac,and I am still coming up as still positive.so they have booked  me another appointment for the 23rd august so I can be scanned again.they said if I have miscarried it would be the 3rd time it has happened,so me and my husband would have to start having blood tests and scans.to see what is causing my misscarriges.the nurses did say if my pain gets any worse I must go back and see them.at the moment I constantly having heavy sensations down below and still bleeding heavy.simular to a light contraction.want to take paracetemal but they are 500 ml.at the hospital they said can take it but I didn't mention the dose to them.what do you think about it also about the heaviness down below.thankyou.

With the pink show and now you have bright red blood, I feel sadly that it sounds very much like you are starting to miscarry.

As you have already had a couple of miscarriages, I suggest you contact your doctor, and lie down and do nothing at all but rest.  If the embryo has not come away it may be a threatened miscarriage.

If you start to feel pain and the blood gets more keep an eye out for any large clots which would indicate that you are miscarrying.  You will need to contact your doctor should you miscarry so that he can give you medication to get rid of any potential clots which could be life threatening.

Best wishes.

Please try not to worry as this will only make matters worse. Go straight to the dr. They may be able to help . Some woman do bleed through out their entire pregnancy but as you've had miscarriages in the past id get checked as soon as possible.  Good luck
