dizzy

70 yr old female i get lightheade and almost pass out every once in a while for no apparent reason.
My Doc said some things can;t be explained.

    I was having a similar problem until I discovered that I was moving my head/neck in a certain way when the syncope happened.  The chiropractor took care of it.  I was pressing on a nerve and blood vessel when I moved my head to the left -

Are you able to exercise at all?  Excercise can increase oxygen and circulation which could affect lightheadedness or passing out

Hello, Well I would insist Doc  do tests . Has he ? If he hasn't see another Doctor.  Because of your age  especially I wouldn't settle for this answer.
