Could be Lichen Planus - if it is, you would need a prescription for Clobetasol. But, as the others say, it could just be a heat rash. Baby powder and keeping it dry should help.
It is probably a sweat rash, your skin peels daily and it is very hot there as you do know , so prob it is that and not a lot to worry about . i would suggest you wash in Aqueous cream as if its a cleanser in the shower , dry the area properly and it is very cheap to buy, pound shops do it, this stuff is really good for dry skin rashes on face and body, don't use a shower gel after just wash all over with it and rinse as usual . You should find a difference in about 2 weeks. It will calm down the itch too.The dry skin stores up and you will find it kind of rubs off if you rub it with your hands. After drying the area apply as a emollient so you can use it as a moisture based cream too. It is one of the best ones on the market and if used all the time on your skin in the bath or shower you will find it is very effective.
Sounds like it could be a yeast infection....this may sound a little crazy but put Monistat on it....if your swetting more than usual than most likely thats what that is....a yeast infection can come anywhere where its dark, moist and warm....hope this helps
