fatigue, diarrhea, chest & face rash, muscle pain, sore throat, white tongue, chills

Hi everyone;
I am experiencing all of the above mentioned symptoms for 6 months and  just recently did a a couple of more tests, low wbc=4300, low cd4=428(24%), hiv rna with pcr & 4th gen (5 weeks after last exposure)= neg, ebv=neg, herps 1&2 = neg. My situation getting worse and more worse, like i am going to die.
what should i do?

fatigue, diarrhea comes and goes for 3 months, chest and face rash, muscle pain, sore throat, white tongue, chills, loss of appetite

Look up sacroidosis and see if it matches your symptoms and bring this to the attention of your pcp (if you haven't already) but yeah it sounds like sarcoidosis is a big possibility

but i donot have any lung problems
Doesn't always affect the lungs

Change in diet 6 months ago? vitamins or meds? do symptoms worsen after eating any meal?

no change in anything, except, i was under super stressful situation which last for a month.

also, pain in  armpit and neck lymph nodes, itchy rashes

Your lymph is trying to fight with the infection or whatever you may have. Sore throat and white tongue is a sign of infection. Usually an oral thrush (fungal/candida over grows in the mouth and throat) can cause a white tongue.
how do u think that my body can survive o not in fighting this infection? any idea?
any further testing? if yes, which ones?
