feeling my head spin
I been having light headed, off balance, pressure, i been feeling like i been fainting. I have been also having
tingle feeling from my head to my feet and then i loose my balance and fall on my couch after. I am not sure when
i got hurt a couple months ago when i fell of my bike and hitting my head on the ground if that made me my brain
go nuts. I was not wearing a helmet when i fell. Should i be worried about this if it has happend more than two
times. need some input on this thanks

thank you for the info on what is maybe causing those issues. I am going to see my doctor next week to find out the tests i need to take.
you should go and see your doctor,what you are explaining sounds alot like vertigo,or an ear problem,but please go to the doctor as you fell on your head you should always get head injurys seen too.
