full body joint and muscle pain

I am now almost 4 months post partem. I had a very difficult 36 hours of labor and then a c-sec. About 3 weeks after my daughters birth I started having severe body pain, especially in my joints. The pain is most extreme first thing in the morning, when I step out of bed the bottoms of my feet ache, knees, wrists, shoulders, etc.. Its very upsetting as on a bad day I can't even hold my baby. I've had blood tests done for RA, Lupus, and general inflamation, all tests came back normal. I've had chiropractic work, PT and most recently am trying Acupuncture. I'm scared, I'm in pain and I can't find any answers. I'm almost 35 years old and feel like I'm 90. HELP!

good morning i hope!!! Being that you just had a baby c-section. could the pain that you are having be related to an epidural during labor. I know that when i had mine and they explained all of the possible side effects i almost changed my mind.

Hi, it is a good morning! I woke up with less pain I think your right the epidural and all the other drugs they gave me during labor are most likely part of the problem. I've been reading a book about Natural Healing and it says to detox the body from these kinds of drugs and toxins. I had a infarred sauna treatment yesterday and I think that helped. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that with more sauna and acupuncture I'll be on the road to healing!
