toilet trouble
hi im having problems with digestive system at the moment just finished antibiotics for h ploria, been having diareea an constipation on and of for a while due to ibs, what i want to know is why am i still little constipated even thougth i took laxetives for this fed up as i have other health isues like pain in rib, and pain in calf muscle wating for doc aappointment to send for endoscofy,while waiting for this would really apreciate any info thanks.
thankyou for this info, i will try this i always drink lots of fluids as i seem to get dehydrated very quick , think this is down to my meds as i am on a few ibs , high blood pressure, high cholestrol, water retention,, digestive meds but thankyou i will try this

Antibiotics can disturb the gut flora and aggravate existing IBS. Take probiotics and increase roughage and fluids in your diet and see if it helps while you wait for your endoscopy.
