I get real light headed and my vision starts vibrating then if and when it does stop i get a huge headache this has been going on for the last 2 days
I agree with them on it most likely being a migraine attack, but also the possibility of it being a panic attack.
it sounds like you are suffering migraine attacks.

Either this is a migraine attack with visual symptoms preceding it as the aura, or it could be due to very high blood pressure, or a problem with the eye.
