Milly, if you haven't already call your doctor but with chest pain you need to go to the hospital please. This is not something to wait on. Peace

I have the same symptoms as you! The doctors don't seem to know what it is but rheumatoid arthristis is a possibility because that an autoimmune disease that attacks your organs and joints causing them to be inflammed and can give off major chest pains i would ask my doctor to look into rheumatoid athritis (I already have and i'm waiting for the results to come back)

Could be a thyroid problem, hives are common and all the other symptoms you said to. Get your bloods done and ask to be tested for it! Also get your antibodies tested as it can cause hypothyroidism.I have it and believe me its not fun!

Recommend you seek out a Naturpathic Doctor in your area (ND). They test and treat the body like a system, holistically, and can identify possible causes far better than our medical system - you may have an overgrowth of candida albicans, or other allergies and they can localize the cause and treat it. May involve taking pro-biotics, nutritional supplements, a special diet for a little while, but they can help where modern medicine fails. I have the same thing, severe chest pain and hives, no known cause, taking Benadryl for hives and Phazyme anti-gas for chest pain. I'd try that first, but a doctor may also recommend an ultrasound of the abdomen to see if you have gallstones or an enflamed gallbladder.
