Help! loss of smell, horrible phantom smells, bruising, unregulated body temperature

I'm a 52 yo female who has been losing my sense of smell for about a year now, plagued with phantom smells, (rancid rotting meat, hot bile vomit...) weight loss (which I get. food taste like cardboard, i have to force myself to eat. But the weight loss is fast) my body temperature is fluctuating madly, chills one minute, sweating the next. Plus I keep finding small, finger print size grey bruises on arm and leg.  This is driving me crazy

Hello~Have you had any blood work done to rule out diabetes? Some folks that are in the beginning stages of it can have these symptoms. I would see your doctor and ask for a complete blood panel work up.

You may have some variant of dysautonomia, a dysregulation of your autonomic nervous system.  .
Look also into a possible link with the  pituitary and the pineal glands,  which regulate our hormones and influence the hypothalamic-pituitary-hormonal axis.
This is not an easy diagnosis and with only the details in your post, I cannot offer any more precise comments.
If your doctors cannot offer any answers, my advice would be to seek a NAET  (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques) trained Doctor or Practitioner.

Best wishes,
Niko
