overload of symptoms

I experience extreme fatigue, constant pain in upper legs and arms, which gets worse with activity. Feeling of dizzy/lightheartedness, followed by a brief (about 1-2 min) of my eyes lids forcing closed and i cant keep them open. Episodes of hands and feet feeling "tight" like they are drawing up on the inside. I also get sharp pain in feet and hands when using them. Episodes of weird feelings in face. My cheeks get the feeling you experience after dentist has numbed you and it is beginning to wear off. I suffer from migraines, blood tests galore. some of these symptoms came on gradually beginning about 1 1/2yr ago and have gotten worse over time, (muscle pain and weakness, migraines, all others are newer) Blood test show 1:40 value for EBV, I had mono when I was 16, I am now 43, is it possible to get again, or maybe is it false positive and would symptoms like I'm having even go on for this long if EBV was the culprit?. My body just feels older than my age. I have discomfort in neck and upper arms when doing hair, and severe discomfort in legs with walking and climbing stairs. I would appreciate any thoughts you have as to what could possibly be causing my body to feel the way it does. It is exhausting due to pain, constant discomfort, especially with activity, and I don't get good sleep due to pain in hips and shoulder if I lay to long on one side, then its difficult sometimes to roll over. I have also experienced some swelling and tightness in hands and fingers. This usually is first thing in morning, when I wake up.
Thanks for your time, any thoughts are greatly appreciated. God Bless!!

Sounds really serious. Maybe your entire body is lacking something. Get other things tested too.

Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.

I am sorry but I honestly have no clue. Nothing you named off sounds like migraines and you didn't mention any headaches. I would suggest looking on a different community. Good luck.
