Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You probably have sinusitis which can be bacterial, viral, allergic or fungal in origin. More often they are viral or allergic and need anti inflammatory, anti allergic and decongestants. You can put saline drops into the nose to avoid stuffiness. Warm saline gargles 3-4 times a day can be tried. Drinking hot fluids like tea, soups and broths can also bring relief.
Please consult your PCP. Hope this helps. Take care!

I think its sinusitis. Get yourself checked, though I am not sure why you have the metallic smell, the other symptoms can be caused by sinus infection. Hope it helped!
