night tingling and numbness

I have been having alot of tingling in my hands arms and legs, when i am sleeping my hands are the most tingly and also feel numb, this goes away when i get out of bed, should i be concerned about it? Also i had an mri of my head which showed spots. this is what the report said, could you explain this a little better to me as to what it means?

a very small number of punctate T-2 bright signal; foci in the subcortal white matter bilateraly.which are non specific and not definitely pathologic.

along with the tingling at night do you think Its possible MS? I do experience the tingling during the day but it is very mild compared to the night tingling and numbness. thankyou for any advise.

i WILL BE SEEING A NEW NEURO NEXT WEEK AND I AM FRIGHTENED, I REALLY DO FEEL I HAVE MS, I HAVE SYMPTOMS THAT I CAN ONLY FIND IN THE MS CATEGORY SUCH AS VAGINAL NUMBNESS, IT JUST SEEM SODD THAT I HAVE ALL THIS TINGLING, I WONDER WHY ONLY AT NIGHT.dO YOU HAVE A MEDICAL dx ON YOURSELF? i REALLY APPRECIATE THE TIME YOU TAKE ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS, IT IS A COMFORT.I DID READ THAT CRONIC HEADACHES GO ALONG WITH MS, I HAVE HAD HEADACHES SINCE SEPT, AND RARELY HAD THEM BEFORE. DO YOU KNOW IF SPOTS ARE THE SAME AS LESIONS? DO THEY EVENTUASLLY TURN IN TO LESIONS?
