blackout of a day

I lost my only baby sister she was 51 years old last week.  I went to the funeral home and was overwhelmed with grief. I took 4 ativan 2 at a time about 2 hours apart.  I was fine that night.  the next day was the funeral, I never got out of bed.  my husband said I couldn't talk, I couldn't walk I don't remember one single thing that day NOTHING.  Next day I woke up I was fine except that I felt bad I missed the funeral plus I don't know what happend to me.   Help I'm very concerned on why this happend.

This discussion is related to why did i lose my memory for a whole day?.

Well I looked it up. That can cause short term memory loss. I think you took to many of them.
