Can you please help me doctor? Is this a sign of a serious disease?

I have dull pain in my left side of the lower abdomen. Before lower abdomen pain, there were chest pains so got all the heart tests*(Including treadmill) done but everything was normal. This pain happens more when i sit on the bed with my back touching the wall. I have diarrhea on some days. Nausea and drowsiness when i walk short distances, almost all the times. My asthma attacks have increased ten folds. Most of the times i have difficulty grasping for breath. I have lost 5-6 Kgs of weight. Frequent burping(with no bad taste) and farting. Feeling of fatigue sometimes.

Also, i have difficulty concentrating on anything with confusions and irritability. I have also lost confidence in life after this started.

Hi
Well, there are two things you must get investigated for immediately: one is cystic fibrosis and the other is Crohn’s. Both cause increased respiratory and GI problems. Other than that it can be any inflammatory bowel condition. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!
