pain right side, weird taste in mouth, forearms feel funny

Can anyone help me. I have pain in my right side (constant all the time), weird taste in mouth (metalic), forearms feel funny (both arms, cold hands), and feel like fainting at times. The doctors can not find anything wrong, no gall stones, and types of food do not effect it in general, though peppermint will bring me to my knees everytime. Does not respond to antacids, no bloody stools, no nauaea, no vomiting. Please help me if you have any idea what this might be. It has been going on for about 1 year now and seems to be getting worse lately.

Good quesion. It was checked about 1 year ago (one of the first things they checked) and it was fine. Is there a reason I should ask them to check it again? The doctor is happy to check things, we just can't figure it out.
