Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Pain in the pelvis can be due to infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, UTI, STD, uterine fibroids, urinary bladder infection or cystitis. If you do not have any discharge and there is no other symptom then it can also be due to pinched nerve (either pudendal or spinal). These conditions are broadly classified as chronic pelvic pain syndrome. The intensity of pain depends on the degree of inflammation and thus compression. This can vary. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Consult a gynecologist and get this investigated. Take care!

There are so many things that COULD be the cause of these symptoms including a viral infection. pelvic inflammatory disease, appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy-pregnancy in the tube, endometrisos etc. You will probably need blood work and possible radiology exams to determine the cause. I recommend you seeing your doctor ASAP to get the answers you are searching for.  I Hope You Feel Better Soon.
