rash question

I have a small red rash on front of left shoulder upper chest. No bumps or puss. Does not itch. Have had no fever or any other symptoms. They are not raised smooth like the skin in area. Someone please give me an idea. Have had for 2 weeks worse in evening. Got a steroid shoot at Dr this morning.

The first suspicion  might be something you came in contact with at the hotel, however, the duration and the evening exasperation of the rash, render this suspicion unlikely.

Make sure everything you wear, touch, sleep in, is well laundered.
Avoid all regular soaps, cosmetics, shampoos, detergents, synthetic fabrics
and use natural & organic products where possible.

You may do Dr. Coca's Pulse test to rule out food/drink allergies.
Here it is:

----Dr. Cocoa's Pulse Test (simplified version)---
Just sit in a chair and come to rest for about 5 minutes. Take your pulse for a full 1 minute (not the 15 sec. multiply by 4 thing). Then put whatever you want to test in your mouth and chew it for 30 seconds. Then take your pulse again. If you find it is faster by 6 beats, you are allergic or have a sensitivity to it. If you have type “O” blood, use 4 beats as the criteria instead of 6. It’s that simple.

For the full version, you must download it. It takes a week to complete.

Hope this helps.
Niko

He gave a steroid shot and said if not clear in a few days come back for oral steroids. I stayed in a hotel the night it started.  It will clear up some then flare up.

Due to the lack of other symptoms, I'd say it's possibly contact dermatitis
which is caused by a substance that touches your skin and it causes an allergy
or irritation. Hard to establish anything definite with the limited information available.

What did the doctor say ?
