shortness of breath and feelings of being light headed

At random times during the day I difficulty breathing and I find it hard to focus.My head feels light and I become unable to perform on the job and in the classroom.I have no vision problems and my bloodwork is normal.I have been diagnosed with asthma and some allergies but Im not in contact with most when my symptoms worsen.Asthma meds not helping. Suggestions appreciated

Have they done a thorough glucose tolerance test?  Not one blood draw, but the more thorough test that takes between two and three hours?  I'd ask your doc. to test my blood sugar.  Good luck.

I have all those symptoms and i have Hashimoto's hypothyroidism.  Possibly adrenal problems too.  Double check blood results as docs rely on lab ranges which are sometimes out of date.
