spinal pain and rise in BP

I have a history of heart issues (tachycardia and PVC's).  Lately I have a new issue and would like to know if it's related in any way to the heart issues.   night more than daytime.   about 7:00 each evening I start having pain up my spinal area, up into the back of my neck and into my head which brings on a headache.  This is usually accompanied by a rise in blood pressure .  My neck is stiff and turning my head from side to side is painful.   When my blood pressure rises, this brings on the PVC's and Tachycardia (I do have the tachycardia and PVC's other times)
times without the spinal pain).  I have no facial or eye pain,   I've just gone thru a 30 day heart monitor and my cardiologist  says "nothing new".    Many years ago (25) I had an injury to the upper thoracic area but not sure this has anything to do with what I'm having.

Hello and welcome to the forum. We encourage you to speak to your doctor.  They are your best source of information. You sound to be in pain from the spinal tap.  Pain can increase heart rate and blood pressure as the pain stimulates your sympathetic nervous system and the adrenal glands to release adrenaline. I would suspect this is the reason this is happening.  Please talk to your doctor though and let us know what they say.
