spots on my penis?

I'm not sure if this qualifies as a rash, but that seemed to be the most suitable topic.
I'm 19 years old and have had this problem for a few years. as i said. a few years back i started to get these these spots/lumps on my penis. they're small and alrge in numbers. but they seem to have a pattern to them. they seem to be in the exact shape of my hand when i masturbate. they can be squeezed like achne (which surprisingly is quite painless) when i do this a puss-like substance comes out. It's quite solid and unlike achne puss. The only problem is that squeezing them like this doesn't make them go away. they remain and maintain the smae pattern. they haven't spread any where else on my body,
i have seen a doctor about this, but she didn't even look at it, and shrugged it off as a yeast infection, handing me what i believe was a shampoo and told me to apply it before i went to bed. i did this for about two weeks with no effect. And am ashamed to say that i was too embarrased to return to seee the doctor again.
I shall be returning to see a doctor whn i go home from university at easter.
Something else that could be an important factor is that i used some vaseline as lubricant just before these spots appeared and later realised that this was a very old tub which was expired by about 4 years. could this have lead to this reaction?
I did fat first think that maybe this was common in teenage boys and did overlook it somewhat, trying to fool myself into believing that it would just 'go away' but it as of yet remains unchanged.
I have had unprotected sex witht his condition under the belief that it was not an STD as i contracted it while i was still a virgin, but i find this ruins the sex for me somewhat because i feel ashamed. Ridding myself of this would be wonderful as i would be extremely comfortable and confident about myself.
any thoughts on the matter would be brilliant. thank you

Hi
Thanks for keeping me posted!
Well the material is non bacterial slough or pus. It is dead debris, quite harmless and should be  left alone. Please do not squeeze them.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

thanks for the advice.
i actually saw a doctor today. i've been having some trouble with my stomach, so i went to get that checked out and had her take a look at the other problem while i was there. her belief was that they were simply hair folicals (spelling's probably incorrect). But she also said that they would go away with age and were fairly normal in someone my age. I'm in the hope that she is correct as it is quite comforting to believe.
her reasoning was that they continued up from the hair folicals on the scrotum and elsewhere on my penis. they look the same and it seems to make sense. she said that they could become inflamed at times if they got infected but didn't give me much/ or any advice on dealing with this. She didn't however say what the gunk that came out of them when i squeezeed them was. any comments?
thanks again

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!

These could be pearly penile papules. They are small lumps of roughly the same size and shape. They are in a row around the margin of the head of the penis, and can be seen when the foreskin is pulled back. Sweat glands, sebaceous gland, and lymphocele too can present like small lumps on the penis. All these including the pearly papules are normal in a teenager. Personally I am more in favor of pearly white papules. These will go away with age and should be left alone. I too do not feel it is a STD. Since it does not itch and pain, I do not think its fungus either. However there is one thing you must remember that I have not examined you. Hence it is difficult to really comment.
Hope this helps. Do let me know if there is any thing else and keep me posted. Take care!
