It may be that you broke or fractured something or you tore a ligament or tendon. You need someone to get you into the doctor. Can you stand at all? Do you live alone?
Hi may i suggest a ice Compress on the leg , if no better tomorrow Please go to your local A/E for a Scan or an Xray for peace of mind , Take care ,
