Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!

The cream is used for inflammatory and pruritic lesions and for certain dermatitis. Your daughter may not be having a fungal infection. Burning and itching are very common side effects. Hence your daughter must have screamed. For fungal infections this cream is available with nystatin in it. However please consult your daughter’s pediatrician or skin specialist before starting any medicine.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

This is a steriod used for psorasis or dermatitis.  My daughter uses it.  It must really burn.  Call the pharmacist in your area and find out what to do.  Children do not get yeast infections.
