undiagnosed symptoms

I found numbness on my right thumb, right portion of face, right leg mostly but sometime left parts of the body too.
I also feel tightness or u can say contraction on my muscles of my legs but when i touch it, there is no hardness in the muscles, the thing is only i feel it.  Due to numbness i cannot turn my neck on the right side fully.  All my reports are normal, i have gone through my NCV test, my blood tests as recommended by a neurologist.
I am fed up of my numbness as no one is able to understand it as i can feel every thing besides of my numbness.

Hopefully, the neurologist did all the blood tests related to known causes for peripheral neuropathy.  Did they say they had exhausted this avenue?

Did they do any MRI of the brain and of the spine?

Has your primary care doctor referred you for getting checked for blood circulation issues?  What is your lipid (cholesterol, triglycerides) panel like?

Have you tried seeking the help of a chiropractor? Sometimes pinched nerves in the neck and spine are the major culprit of numbness and tingling in the extremeties. Sometimes anxiety can cause slight hyperventilation and the blood goes to the core of your body, leaving the extremeties numb and tingly.
Does this affect your blood pressure? Have you had your blood glucose (blood sugar) checked lately? Anyone in your family been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease or Multiple Sclerosis? I would dig into family history for these and talk with your doctor if these describe your symptoms. I hope this helps you.
