For the last month I have had aching but not visibly swollen glands. It started under my left arm that went away then it moved under both of my ears on jawline. A few days later I got the same dull aching feeling in my pelvic area. After about another week I still ache under both ears occasionally and under my right ear almost constantly. I had shoulder surgery on my right shoulder 8 months ago and a dental procedure a month ago. I started a round of antibiotics two weeks ago but they haven't helped any really. What could this be?

Lymph nodes can make themselves known with a common cold.  I would contact my primary and let he/she know whats' going on. I would ask you primary about an EKG.  THe fact that your ears ache might mean an ear infection or even fluid behind the ear drums. I would also contact the Surgeon who did the shoulder surgery.
