very sick!! and various symptoms that are worsening

First of all this is going to sound weird but its the truth. I had a dream that  I had to pee and I felt like i was going to throw up. I then woke up, went to the bathroom and almost threw up, but i didnt. I went back to bed, then threw up. I took some motrin, I had a really bad headache and was severely dizzy and nauseas.
My symptoms now include:
-some abdominal pain
-appetite loss
-diarrhea
-dizziness
-fatigue(I slept all night and day)
-Headache
-Nausea
-Vomiting
-Chills
I could only imagine whats wrong. Could it be a bug going around? Sinus problems? Food poisoning? Lactose intolerant? I can't stand being nauseas, its so bad I go in my room with the lights off, etc, like someone would for a migrane. I had one earlier too.

Hey, Yeah, I am recovering.  I go back to surgeon on Wednesday.  Ready to get on with my treatment and get back to life!  Thanks for thinking of me.  Don't know if you read my post or not, but lymph nodes tested positive - thankfully, it is the same sort of cancer cell, so that is good!
Take care!

Hey all, my first thought was food poisoning, Crid, my husband's had food poisoning 4 times and reacted as you described. Are you any better? (Not that I KNOW its food poisoning you're experiencing, just a thought.) Keeping hydrated is important!
Jay, 2 months is too long, sorry you're not getting any answers and I can't say anything better then what Charley said, I agree, sounds like thyroid problems, but these symp's can be sign of other illnesses, simple &/or complex, so as Charley said don't give up trying to find answers!
(I always ask this, so sorry if I'm bugging anyone, but have you changed your diet at all when you noticed the symp's starting? Check ingredients for artificial sweeteners, like Splenda and Aspartame, these can also cause similar symp's as you mentioned.)
Charley, you're recovering from surgery, right? I Hope you're doing well!!!

Hey - listen....alot of doctors will tell you it is anxiety and depression.  You do not just wake up one day with severe depression or anxiety.  Don't let doctors push pills into you that you don't need.  For three years, I was sick - and I kept pushing doc after doc to find out what was wrong.  All I got was Rx after Rx for antidepressants and antianxiety drugs.  I do take some because now I know what's wrong.  I found out in July that I have thyroid cancer and your thyroid can really mess your body up and your mind as well.  All in all, I have a good kind of cancer - if there is such a thing - and it is very treatable.  I keep thinking of how much better I am going to feel once this is all done.  Having said all this, please know that I believe 100% in the mind - body connection.  If there is some reason for high anxiety, then it very well can cause physical symtpoms and vice versa.  Hope you understand what I am saying  - probably not writing it very well.  My point:  You know your body better than anyone else.  If you know that you do not feel well and you are not yourself - DO NOT STOP trying to find answers.  Many doctors want you to take what they say as the gospel.  Sometimes it is such a simple thing that is overlooked and sometimes it takes a little searching.  I hope that you both feel better soon - and I will pray that it is just a virus going around!
Good Luck,
Charley

i went to the er too, they didn't know what was wrong. I just started having these symptoms since 2:00 in the morning, but they've been constant and I have no clue what it could be.
