weird breathing

Hi, my name is Jessie. I am 19 y.o. and my problem is that have this undescribable feeling when I breath. Like when I workout, bend down to pick up something, or walk a long distance and breathe it feels like a lapse (I don't know how to describe it) but it don't happen often except when i do those ativities. I doubt that it's my heart but has to do with my lungs. If anybody have any information, please share.

happens to everyone, i don't know the exact cause of it, but it used to happen to me when ever i started falling asleep. It seems normal, only because it wont last for a long time. When it triggers, keep to a steady breathing pace, drink lots of water, and if you have asthma, use your inhaler when needed. thats about all i can tell you. Try not to think about it either.
