which Doctor to see?

I am 23 years old, and I have been in pain since September 06. The pain is in my lower rib cage. I think it has to do with my Thoric Diapargm. I have seen to many doctors and they all say the same thing "all the test came up clean you are normal healthy young lady." I had 3 CT scans and 3 MRI's and many orther things done to me. My Question is how do I find the right Doctor?
Thanks,

The only other thing that comes to mind is that is might be a metabolic issue. There are two conditions that affect your ph. Metabolic acidosis and alkalosis. I know acidosis can cause some breathing problems. Maybe the alkalosis too. I would think any kind of doc would me familiar with this but I think it would fall under and endocrinology specialist. It's a long shot but if you don't find anything else you might go see and endo doc too. I am thinking that since your "cramps" seem to happen when you do something physical that maybe its exercise induced and that's why it doesn't show in your bloodwork. Also you need to examine your lab results yourself. I've been told for years that my bloodwork is always "NORMAL." I took a look at the lab work I have at home and found that that isn't exactly true. I found where once I had low glucose. No one ever told me that though. There have been a few other things too. One I think was fairly significant. So I urge you to review the results for yourself. Also it may be the sort of thing where your blood needs to be tested on a regular basis. As I am learning your calcium might be normal one time and not the next. It bounces around. A lot of docs look at calcium one time and that's it. Well turns out that one time normal may not really be normal.

Sorry is "Craps" a typo? Do you really mean "cramps"? If not, then could you describe the "craps"? And how long do you have to wait til they go away? Also, do you know if your scans/mris were done with or without contrast?

Well my suggestion would be to see a cardio doc. Sometimes "breathing problems" are because of something going on with your heart. I'd start there. I assume that your "Gerd" doc was a gastrointerologist?  I'd also consider a second or even a third opinion from a lung doc. Also have you experienced any other symptoms like nausea or headaches, etc? Also does the pain happen ONLY when you play clarinet or does it happen at other times as well? How often does it happen?

But sometimes I feel like I am having craps under my  lower rib cage.( those really hurt) When those happen It is very hard to breath.  when the pain started I was playing Clarinet. and I could not get enough air to play and it was very pain full. it seem like my lung were  hitting a wall!
