worried about my health
What causes the breathing difficulties and what can be done to stop this. I am also experiencing uncomfortable or tightness in throat. Please help me and advise what medication I can take for this?

Tightness in throat with breathing difficulties can be due to obstructive lung diseases like asthma. It can also be due to allergic bronchitis. The other possibility is gastric reflux and acidity. You should go to a physician who can order the appropriate testing to evaluate pulmonary function & get a medical history so they can prescribe the appropriat medication for you specifically.
