botox on cervix?

Hi there. I have huge amounts.of cervical.discharge but no pathogen found. Im consider img cervical cautery but wondering if.botox injected into the cervix is also used or would work, or if there's.another solution that.wouldn't require day.surgery as I have no health insurance. Many thanks

Hello, that's an interesting question. A quick search of the  literature revealed no articles on Botox use in leukorrhea treatment.  It might be worth a try,  however, this would be an off label use of Botox and Botox is expensive. Thank you for your question.  J. Kyle Mathews, MD
