The stress incontinence needs to be diagnosed and treated. The urinary frequency may be a bladder infection, and the pain issues need to be evalulated for serious problems like ectopic pregnancy, appendicitis, fibeoids, and such. If the extensive pain workup is negative, then you shouls visit with a qualified physical therapist to address possible musculooskeletal issues.
