Pea sized lump on top of left testicle

I am 21 years old, and have recently suffered from leukemia, which I am hopefully cured of now.

However, today I noticed a lump on top of the left testicle. I am not entirely sure if the lump is connected to the epididymis or to the testicle itself, but when I try to feel it, the lump "slides away".
The lump is pea sized (maybe slightly smaller), and it feels a bit harder than the testicle itself. I have no pain, except for when I pressed on the lump to feel its hardness.

Lump on the top of the testis which seems to slide away may not be a testicular tumor. It may be related to epididymis. If there is no pain or fever or any other problem, you could observe it for a while. If there is an increase in size or any new symptom, you would need to show it to your doctor

Just commenting on my own post here:
I tried shining a light (maglite) through the lump, and it seems transparent. The testicle itself is (obviously) non-transparent, but anything above it, the light shines perfectly through.
So, does this mean my lump probably is benign? Or can I be tricked by the light method, seeing as the lump is only pea sized, and the light might just have been shining "around" it?
