I am 32. I am suffering from perineal and anal pains. along with that i have "lack of bladder continence". I am still under diagnosis. I have seen a urologist and have had a cystoscopy done and everything came back clear. This all started when i was it by a car back in april. there is no damage present internally. I constantly have dull pains in the perineum area (area between the base of the testicals and anus)
