Why can't i get hard at 22

I am 22 years old and healthy. Over the past year I have watched my sex life continuously get worse. I think I have a masturbation problem. For the past couple years I have usually masturbated at least once a day sometimes more, without lubrication. Recently I have noticed that there is a massive indent on one side of my penis. It is only noticeable when erect or semi erect. When I masturbate I can barely keep an erection. If i stop it goes down instantly. During sex I cant maintain a strong enough erection. It usually just fades during some point or I will somehow ejaculate really fast with a semi hard penis. Previously to this year I had an excellent sex life.

I went to a urologist who thinks it is Peyronies but found no evidence of plaques. He gave me viagra but it does not do anything. What do i do? My relationship is falling apart. I can't even enjoy masturbation. Could over- masturbation without lube caused damage to my penis? Can it heal? Any ideas?

I do not have your answer, but I do have some ideas for you. Certainly your  experience at 22 is not the norm and needs further investigation. I think that  you need further evaluation and I would approach it from the physical and emotional aspects at the same time. Whatever is physically happening has emotional consequences and may make things worse if not addressed. Find a urologist who has a particular interest in sexual dysfunction (you can  check on www.sexualhealthmatters.org for a clinician in your area, though the list is not currently up to date) and also find a sex therapist (either via google or through the local psycological association).  If you find one, they will know of the other.
As regards your penile indentation, all peyronies does not have a plaque. There may only be a scar contracture that angle the shaft.
Good luck!

Boston Medical Group medicine works for me every time.  None of the pills ever worked for me either.  You can look them up online.  Good luck.
