Confused

Hi doctor I am 27 years old. I haven't been sexually active in about a year, but 9 days ago I picked up hitchhiker who went down on me without a condom. Well 3 days later I got this lower pain in my back and some weird feeling in my testicles. Well I looked at my testicles in the mirror and they were big (not swollen), but it seem like my testicles were in the middle of my scrotum and their was a lot of skin hanging from the bottom. I thought it might be blue ball so I masterbated and shortly afterwards my scrotum went back to its normal size, but my testicles remained sore. I got nervous so I went to the doctor and he felt my testicles and told me he does not feel anything that alarms him. I took a urine test and he said their was no bacteria and theirs no increased white blood cells. Well this is 4 days after my exposure. Would my urine test have caught something by then? I am having no pain when I urinate and no discharge. But I still feel the discomfort from my testicles all the way to my buttcheecks. Especially that line that leads from my testicle to my anus. I have no pain inside my anus. i feel this discomfort more when I have been sitting for a while or I lift somethion or even after masterbating. I have no insurance so I can't afford a doctor. I am scared. At times I feel like my penis is discharging but when I go to the restroom its dry. The doctor felt my scrotum and found nothing. Could it be that he missed something. Dr HHH said its unlikely that I got an std and I shoudn'y worry about HIV. My scrotum is not swollen but at one point it was kind of red. PLZ HELP

Guess I missed your question earlier. Sorry to have increased your anxiety.
I doubt that you have these symptoms from an STI. That is not to say that you did not get something from this individual and I would recommend a set of blood tests 6 weeks or so after your exposure (RPR for syphilis, HIV screen for aids) and if negative, repeating them 3 months. You might post this question in the STI forum for another opinion.
Your genital discomforts sound more emotionally based than not.
If your urine were to be infected from the episode, it would be quite unusual and would show up within a four day period
You need to TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOURSELF.

I WENT TO THE DOCTOR (BROKE INTO THE SAVINGS ACCOUNT). MY URINE SAMPLE CAME BACK NORMAL WITH NO BACTERIA OR INCREASED WHITE CELLS. MY TESTICLES ARE TENDER AND MY PROSTATE IS BOGGY. HE GAVE ME ANTIBIOTICS (LEVAQUIN 500 MG) HE SAID ITS NOT AN STD, BUT IT MIGHT BE RELATED TO MY ORAL EPISODE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS. what could cause this?
