Because you mention Vitamin D and B12 issues I wish to ask How's your thyroid function? I have hypothyroidism and I know that heightens the anxiety I experience due to life circumstances. It can also contribute to low mood (and depression).

Hi there,
Vitamins and minerals tend to work off one another and balance each other out. The fact that you are low in one means you cant properly absorb another one correctly and so on.. B12 influences anxiety a lot. If you don't take a multivitamin, that might be a good place to start, because supplementing with just one vitamin when you have multiple "low" levels, you run the risk of further imbalancing things. Also maybe try taking a probiotic, sometimes we are getting the right nutrients, but our body just isn't absorbing it.
Hope this helps and best of luck!
