careful you don't burst a blood vessel.
Pax, I must say that was an excellent reply!
It would help to know your age, any medications you're on and health conditions. You can also try juicing beets boosting nitric oxide (NO) levels.
I suggest if you do juice then use organic.
Problem is, there are two quite distinct possibilities here. One is that you have some physical problem. The other is that you have an emotional situation, and as you describe it, it sounds like the latter. If there's something going on inside you that makes you not really want to have sex with your wife, it has to be dealt with in some way because that's your problem. If it's physical, it could have a host of different causes, and a physical would be a first step. As for natural remedies, different ones work for different people and some don't work for anyone. I don't know the product you're using, but keep in mind that most ginseng isn't actually ginseng, so the brand is very important. Horny goat weed is useful for some people but, again, not most. The only one I know of that has been proven to contain ingredients that actually help in this area is yohimbe, and a drug has been made from it (yohimbine). But what most of the male sexual herbs do is work on your yang energy, or male energy, but if your mind is against it they aren't going to necessarily be able to beat that. Also remember, long-term usage of these herbs can overstimulate your adrenals and other organs, so be aware of that. They can also cause anxiety if you're prone to it. There are a lot of them, so there is a lot of experimentation you can do. Some nutrients also might help you get more blood flow to that area, such as argenine, but again, if your problem is in how you're thinking about your partner and your relationship or about yourself it's a different problem.
