My senior year of high school I was about 160-170lbs & was very fit, so I don't think I would try to go below that now. Certainly if I keep up with the way I am eating now I will be more healthy in some ways than when I was in high school.
I agree totally - there are many 'bigger' fit people and many 'slimmer' unfit people - health is about more than weight - but weight does play a factor and can not be ingnore... but body fat is a big indicator.
Okay here we go:
Your Body Fat Weight is: 66.14 lbs
Your Muscle Mass is: 165.86 lbs
Your Body Fat Percentage is: 28.51%
That was actually quite interesting. My weight loss goal seems to match the pounds of body fat exactly! Always nice to know that I am on the right track to a weight that is healthy for me.
Oh & on the body fat % chart I fall under the average fat % & not under the obese. Just goes to show that while BMI may be a good starting statistic, it should not be the only thing you use to determine your health.
This is actually really important.
Now I have a reason to find my measuring tape that went went missing last week.
Mine was better than I thought it would be :)
Your Body Fat Weight is: 54.51 lbs
Your Muscle Mass is: 140.49 lbs
Your Body Fat Percentage is: 27.95%
