Enablers...

What is the ONE thing thats constantly holds you back from really moving forward with your weight loss? And dont say all the excuses we use daily like work or not enough time or kids...what honestly is holding you back?

I would say my family holds me back. I have always been the fat girl, and I;m scared that if I lose weight then they will be like wow you look so much better or so beautiful now, and then i will resent them because they should feel I am beautiful now, and that goes for people in the day to day life as well.

What is holding me back... That's a very good question.

Probably a mixture of things.
My boyfriend has no desire to eat healthy (or MORE healthy, I guess) so I don't eat the way I should.
I have asthma which makes exercise more difficult, but I am also very heavy chested which helps put my asthma in motion but also causes a lot of pain... So I just don't exercise. HOWEVER! I'm changing that this week. :)
Also, I hold myself back. If something is too hard, I lose motivation. If something is too easy, I get a little cocky and stop trying so hard. I guess the motivation is a big part of it.
