My goal for this week is not to gain loads of weight on my "Day Off". I would like to control myself and keep and level head about it.
Thats sensible - Im a little low today because again I have gone up 1.2lbs when I expected to come down... I have a slight temp and the makings of a nasty head cold today too.
Here's hoping the scales are kind again tomorrow as they have been the last two times I had a weight increase!
I was hoping to see a weight loss on Sunday morning but no, I remained the same thanks to the "monthly friend" that decided to stop by :( I guess the positive is that I remained the same I guess. Just hope I can keep the cravings under control...
So, my goal this week is to not gain and hopefully by the weekend see some loss.
My goal is to work out with our new 30 min routine every day.
Think my goal is slipping away as I yo yo all over the place - Im hoping today has started the downward yo yo....lol
